Safe AI use

The platform limits personal data in AI prompts as much as possible. Prompts are sent through the application context and users are instructed not to include unnecessary personal data.

Document templates and sensitive data

For Word templates the application uses reserved tags and local replacements. The language model sees the field names and content request, but known personal or organisational details are inserted afterwards by the application.

This mechanism complements PII protection. If users type personal data into a prompt themselves, normal privacy filtering and careful use are still important.
