Logging In and Accounts
You can log in to the web application by navigating to https://ai-corporate-pro.web.app within a modern browser.
Mobile App
AI-Corporate is also available as a mobile app. The app is optimized for use on tablets, phones, and small laptops, making it easier to open and use AI-Corporate on different devices.
Layout and Menu
Navigation through the application takes place via buttons in the menu. After logging in, the layout is always the same: there is a task bar at the top with buttons. On large screens, buttons are available at the top of the task bar. These buttons largely disappear when the application is viewed on a phone. To the left of the logo is a hamburger icon. When you click on this, the menu buttons appear in the side menu.
Home Screen (AI-Corporate)
Immediately after logging in, you'll arrive at the home screen of AI-Corporate.
Guided Tours
When starting the application, you will have the opportunity to take a guided tour. These tours help you quickly get started with the key features of the AI-Corporate application.
Text to Image
With Text to Image, you create images directly from the dashboard based on a description. This is a direct input mode and therefore does not use automatic tool selection in the chat.
Text to Audio
With Text to Audio you convert text into an audio file. This is useful for voice-overs, instructional videos, internal communications, training material, and scripts.
Set Theme
AI-Corporate supports setting a light and dark theme.
Setting Preferences
After working within the application for some time, you will likely have developed a preference for a particular AI provider. You can set this provider as the default in your preferences. The environment determines which current language and image models are associated with it.
Views and Visibility
AI-Corporate adapts the application to your role, your environment, and your personal settings. As a result, it can happen that you do not see a button, model, tool, or connector that someone else does.
Switching to AI-Corporate
Are you switching from another AI system to AI-Corporate? Then you usually cannot automatically transfer conversations, memory, gems, assistants, or custom GPTs. Some systems do offer an export, but it can take a while and is not directly suitable for import into AI-Corporate.
Prompt Engineering
Prompt Engineering simply means asking good questions to the AI. A prompt is your input with your question or request.
