Introduction
AI-Corporate has an extensive management environment. Depending on the settings per role, you will see the following tiles:
Setting Up the Environment
Every organization receives its own environment within AI-Corporate. This environment must be selected before login options are displayed.
Managing Domains
Whitelisting Domains
Managing Models
The available models can be configured per environment. These models only work if the related API Key is also entered (and functioning) for the environment.
Managing Locations
After the basic environment setup, locations must first be added.
Managing Employees
After adding branches, employees can be added per branch. In the toolbar, you'll find a switch to toggle between branches.
Managing Topics
After adding locations, topics must be added.
Limitations
In AI-School, you can set various limitations to regulate the use of the application. These limitations help manage costs and promote responsible use by employees.
System Prompts
The System Prompts tile lets you set default instructions that are automatically sent to the AI at the start of every conversation. System prompts guide the behaviour, tone, and boundaries of the AI for your specific environment.
Tools
The Tools tile in the management environment lets you configure which tools and integrations are available per AI provider. This determines what capabilities the AI can use during a conversation.
Privacy Protection (PII)
The Privacy Protection tile lets AI-Corporate automatically check chat messages for personally identifiable information (PII) before they are sent to the AI. Per category, you configure how the system handles detected data.
Warnings
The Warnings tile in the management environment lets you configure pop-up notifications that staff see when they log in. This is useful for communicating important announcements, usage rules or acceptance of terms.
Chat Messages Dashboard
Via the "Chat Messages" tile, you gain insight into the average number of chat messages and images per active account. This serves as an indication of Fair Use for environment usage.
Chats Dashboard
Via the "Chats" tile, you get insight into the total API costs for the current month.
Managing Assistants
In the management environment, organization administrators can get an overview of all assistants created within the organization. They can view, share, and make these assistants available organization-wide.
Managing Accounts
The accounts overview provides administrators with insight into all user accounts within the organization. Here you can manage accounts, view statistics, and perform collective actions.
Setting up Branding
As a super admin, you can customise the look and feel of your environment. Go to Management β Branding. These settings override the default environment settings so your organisation is recognisable to users.
