Have you just created a strategic proposal, an extensive work instruction, or a report in AI-Corporate? From now on, you no longer need to download these documents to your computer first and then manually upload them to your team’s shared drive. With the new Drive connections feature, you can link your online work folders directly to your AI-Corporate account.
You can easily connect Google Drive (including Shared Drives), OneDrive, and SharePoint. After linking your account once, use the folder picker to select the specific folder you want to use. It is also possible to create multiple connections for different projects, clients, or departments.
Once the connection is active, you can send files from File Management or directly from the document view in AI-Corporate to the chosen cloud folder with one click. This keeps all documentation neatly organized within your organization’s cloud environment, without unnecessary extra steps.
Want to get started? In AI-Corporate, go to your Preferences, choose Drive connections, and click Add connection to link your business folders.
With this connection, you save time every day and keep all your work files directly in the right, secure place within your organization.
