AI-Corporate desktop application for businesses

AI-Corporate is now also available as a desktop application for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The web version remains suitable for most tasks, but the desktop app offers additional capabilities that cannot be achieved in the browser.

Why a desktop app? With the desktop application, you can:

• Run AI locally (optionally via Ollama)
  Ideal for sensitive information: data does not leave your computer. Additionally, there are no extra API costs for local models.
• Work directly with local files
  Opening, analyzing, and saving documents can be done directly on your computer, without needing to upload first. Convenient for reports, notes, and browsing folders.
• Use local connections (MCP servers)
  Some integrations work via the command line and are therefore only possible in the desktop app.

Note: logging in works differently In the desktop app, you log in with email + password. If you use a different method in the web version (e.g., Google or Microsoft), first set a password via your account settings.

Installation: what you need Some features require additional components:

• Node.js (LTS) – required for MCP servers and certain functionalities.
• Ollama (optional) – only needed if you want to use local AI models.
